BRYAN,TEXAS – U.S. Congressman Bill Flores (R-Texas), issued the following statement regarding the shooting in College Station, claiming the lives of two victims and leaving multiple wounded.

"It is heartbreaking to hear the news of the tragic shooting in College Station that took the lives of Brazos County Constable Brian Bachmann and an additional victim.  Constable Bachmann and I were just together at the Feast of Caring last week--he was a brave protector of and servant for our community, and we have all lost a great friend. My thoughts and prayers go out to the victims of this awful shooting. God bless Constable Bachmann’s family and all of our first responders. I would ask everyone in our community to pray for the victims, their families, our first responders and the military men and women who selflessly serve to keep us safe.”
